Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the CELPIP Guru mobile application (the "Service") operated by CELPIP Guru ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. The Service

CELPIP Guru provides users with practice materials, mock tests, and tools to prepare for the CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) test. The Service is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

2. Accounts

CELPIP Guru does not require users to create an account or log in to use the basic features of the app. All content is accessed anonymously. For premium features, you may need to purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). If you choose to purchase a Subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, a third-party service. Your purchase will be subject to the applicable payment policy of Apple or Google, and RevenueCat's terms of service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings at any time after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CELPIP Guru and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CELPIP Guru.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

While we strive to provide high-quality practice materials, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a particular score on the official CELPIP test. The official test is administered by a separate entity, and your performance depends on various factors beyond our control.

In no case shall CELPIP Guru, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
