CELPIP Guru ("us", "we", or "our") operates the CELPIP Guru mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Service.

We value your privacy. Our goal is to provide you with a great learning experience without collecting your personal information. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details to use our app.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. The app does not require login, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or location.

Types of Data Collected

Usage and Crash Data (Non-Personal)

To improve the stability and performance of our Service, we use a third-party service, Firebase Crashlytics, to collect anonymous crash reporting data. This data helps us identify and fix bugs. The information collected is strictly technical and includes:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash traces (information about where in the code the crash occurred)

Subscription Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes the transaction through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RevenueCat provides us with anonymous, aggregated subscription data (e.g., number of active subscribers, renewal rates) to help us manage our business. We do not receive your personal payment information, such as your credit card number.

2. Data Storage

We do not operate our own servers to store any user data. Any data related to your progress within the app (e.g., completed tests, scores) is stored locally on your device only. If you delete the app, this data will be permanently removed.

3. Internet Connection

The app requires an internet connection to download practice test content and to communicate with the services mentioned above (Crashlytics and RevenueCat). We do not log your IP address or any other network-related information.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
